Service Description

ReviewSift is a product review analysis tool that scrapes publicly available customer reviews from e-commerce platforms and generates AI-powered intelligence reports. The service is operated by Aevorn LLC.

Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in packs and never expire.
1 credit = 1 analysis report. Compare mode uses 2 credits (1 per product).
New accounts receive 1 free credit upon signup.
If a report fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded.
Purchased credits are non-refundable after use. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable Use

Use ReviewSift for legitimate product research and competitive intelligence.
Do not use automated tools to bulk-generate reports beyond normal usage patterns.
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit requirements.
Do not misrepresent AI-synthesized data as verified factual information.

Data Accuracy

Reports are generated from publicly available review data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. When real reviews are unavailable, reports are clearly labeled as “AI-synthesized.”

Shared Reports

When you share a report link, the recipient can view the full report without an account. You are responsible for who you share reports with. Shared reports may appear in search engine results.

Limitation of Liability

ReviewSift is provided “as is” without warranty. Aevorn LLC is not liable for decisions made based on report data, data accuracy issues, service interruptions, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 30 days.
